제가 현재 다니고있는 반도체 장비회사 Applied Materials 사는  대련에 지사를 세워서 이제 막 들어오게 되는 Intel 고객사를 지원하게 됩니다..

회사에 입사해서 금방 미국 Austin에 보내서 한달가량 회사장비 관련 Training 을 하게 되는데 좋은 경험이 될거라고 생각됩니다..

고객사가 Intel 이기땜에 높은 영어수준을 가지고있고 엔지니어일에 흥취가 있으며 대련에 정착할수 있는 분이면 합당할거 같습니다..

전공:   기계, 자동화, 전자, 전기, 화학관련

영어:   4급(6급)이상 혹은 기타 TOEIC 성적 우선

경력:   반도체경력 우선, 기타경력 2년이하

 Location: Dalian

   Job Description:
- 100% Compliance with all Intel onsite site safety programs and AMAT safety requirements
- With safety is number one in mind, to perform, but not limited to the following, at customer site
*Installation and qualification
*Preventative maintenance and corrective repair, warranty repair
*Service call
*Continuous improvement
*Equipment upgrades and modification
*Extended service contracts
- To provide appropriate OJT to Intel personnel as applicable and participate in various Intel factory teams
- To attend Intel customer meetings, plan daily tasks, order parts through service orders and execute service order timely
- To escalate timely on issues and help needed
- To establish close and good customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction through timely and precise support
- To work with spare team on meeting service requirements
- To identify and report business opportunities
- To perform daily tasks in compliance with Applied business processes (i.e, log in service hours, return parts, etc…)

Job requirement:
- Be able to work and live in Dalian
- Be able to run day and night shift per Intel F68 shift schedule
- Have effective oral and written English skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Level III certified on the 300mm tool in the area of supporting and practical experience on the same tool (hands on experience on start up, service maintenance, trouble shooting)
- Good interpersonal skills, customer management skills and escalation skills
- Proven problem solving and project management skills
- Proven workmanship and technical skills
- Be able to learn and adopt new culture and systems quickly
- Goal and result oriented person with clear vision on career and personal development
- Willing to accept challenges and have good ability to deal with pressures from customer and life in general
