HP GDCC(global delivery china center)에서 아래와 같은 인원을 모집하고자 합니다.
모집부문: service desk admin.
Responsibilities:
Through a customer support telephone operation system, respond to technical problems on a variety of hardware and software platforms.
Oversee compliance with operating procedures and standards. Core: Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.
Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.
Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
Ability to multi-task .
Must be flexible to work any shifts as needed, including holidays and need to be available for on call schedule if needed .
Proven ability to be strong team player, and sound leadership skills .Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills .
Ability to work independently and proactively as well as be a team player
Customer Service and/or Call Center experience is plus.
언어: Excellent written and oral communications skills in Korean \English .
