Position Description

The Sales and Operations Specialist is responsible for managing a heavy load of customers / distributors. The S&OS contributes significantly to achieving industry goals and will be responsible for named customers within their territory team. They manage customer expectations by positioning Xiameter’s value to the Customer. A main goal in this role is to sell the efficiencies of the business model to the customers. This in turn increases brand loyalty, product sales, Dow Corning’s efficiency & profits. The S&OS proactively analyzes order patterns & makes recommendations for operational efficiency gains at the customer. They are a direct linkage to supply chain, logistics and the operations team.

Desired Qualifications

* good command of English and Chinese; Korean is not demanded but prefered.
* 1 year or plus Customer service experience;
* Good SAP knowledge ;
* Detail oriented;
* good communication skill and service attitude;
* Team work;
* Self discipline ;
* quick Learner;
