[ Customer Service Representative-Korean Speaking ]

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide best-in-class service to customers with speed and quality and to achieve win-win situations for customers and ON through cross-functional teamwork with Logistic team, Demand Planners an d Marketers.
* Order Entry, Coordinator (factory interface/ escalation), Customer Advocate (empower customer), Logistics (delivery), Sales (pricing/ pull through marketing), Process Returns / claims, Service Benchmark (OTD Tracking), Relationship Management (professional, personal, frontline public relations)

REQUIREMENTS
* 1- 3 years experience, preferably in electronic industry
* Microsoft Office, Process mapping, Orders Processing System(in-depth
knowledge required), Brio Query
* Fluent written and spoken Korean & English.
