Sales Representative

• With strong sales experience, Automotive background is a must and domestic customer experience preferred
• Fluency in the English language is a must
• Background in customer contract negotiations resolving commercial quality delivery issues.
• Familiar with customer quotation processes and be able to develop close relationship with customer to maintain account profitability

Program Manager (German Speaking)

• German language ability is a must
• At least three years Project Management experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK

(Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing)
• Six to ten years experience in the automotive or supplier industry
• Preferred PMP-certification through the Program Management Institute (PMI), with some review of certification through other certifying bodies considered
• Successful candidate must exhibit proven team leadership capabilities
• English proficiency required

Product Engineer

•  Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering                                                                              

 •  Propose overall design configurations based on TRW capabilities and standards                                                           
•  2 or more years of experience in design and manufacturing of precision parts or hydraulic systems/components. •  Experience in automotive industry or mobile machinery (tractors/construction equipment etc.) industry is a plus.
•  Experienced in using Catia or UG
